AUCTION INFORMATION:

PRE-SALE INSPECTION: The ranch is available for viewing daily beginning May 27th, from 10:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. Please call 800-434-1654 to schedule an appointment.

AUCTION REGISTRATION: Registration begins at 10 A.M. on Auction Day. Sale begins at 2:00 P.M.

TERMS: Ten percent (10%) down with closing in thirty (30) days. Certified funds in the amount of $75,000 will be required to bid on the core property (37+/- acres) on Auction Day, or $50,000 to bid on any of the three additional parcels or $100,000 to bid on the entirety. The certified funds may be in the form of a Cashier’s Check made payable to the bidder, or a personal or company check with a bank letter of guaranty. AUCTION FEE: An eight percent (8%) auction fee will be added to the high bid price to arrive at the contract price paid by the purchaser.
