The ranch consists of over 1700± deeded acres plus BLM permits for over 10,000± more acres and now runs over 400± head of stocker cattle during the summer; there is also potential to add more animals or a cow/calf operation, as up to 300± acres have been hayed in the past and could be again. AUCTION REGISTRATION: Registration begins at 10:00 A.M. on Auction Day. Auction begins at 11:00 A.M.

AUCTION TERMS: Ten percent (10%) down with closing in 30 days. Certified funds in the amount of $50,000 will be required to bid. The certified funds must be made be in the form of a Cashier’s Check made payable to the bidder, or a personal or company check with a Bank Letter of Guaranty.

AUCTION FEE: A 10% auction fee will be added to the high bid price to arrive at the contract price paid by the purchaser.

DIRECTIONS: From I-84, take Exit 345 and drive west to Huntington Hwy / Washington Street. Turn right onto Huntington Hwy / Washington Street. Drive approximately 3 miles.
