AUCTION REGISTRATION: Registration begins at 12:00 P.M. on Auction Day. Auction begins at 1:00 P.M.

TERMS: Ten percent (10%) down Auction Day with closing on for before Dec 17, 2013. Certified funds in the amount of $50,000.00 will be required to bid. The certified funds may be in the form of a Cashier's Check made payable to the bidder, or a personal or company check with a Bank Letter of Guaranty.

AUCTION FEE: A 10% auction fee will be added to the high bid price to arrive at the contract price paid by the purchaser.

DIRECTIONS TO:From Hwy 120 (Edelweiss Campgroup / Restaurant, Clark, WY) take Road 1Ab West for 4.1 miles. Turn left onto Road 8ud for 2.75 miles. The road will verge to the right. Drive approximately .36 of a mile and take the 1st right. In 4/10 of a mile you will reach the paved asphalt road. Drive to the entrance of the property.
