TERMS

Ten percent (10%) down on Auction Day with closing on for before August 27, 2019. Certified funds in the amount of $5,000.00 for Parcels 1 & 2, $10,000.00 for Parcels 3 & 4, and $30,000.00 for the entirety, will be required to bid. The certified funds may be in the form of a Cashier’s Check made payable to the bidder, or a personal or company check accompanied with a Bank Letter.

AUCTION FEE

A 10% auction fee will be added to the high bid price to arrive at the total contract price to be paid by the purchaser.
