This auction took place on Saturday, November 22. All 2,880± acres was offered and sold at auction. The property was offered both as an entirety and 18 tracts of 160± acres each. Parcels 1 – 8 (1280± acres) was offered at Reserve Auction – subject to owners confirmation of price on auction day. Parcels 9 – 18 was sold at Absolute Auction – no minimum bid price and no reserve price! That means that the registered bidders on auction day decided fair market value and bid accordingly.
Parcel #4 has a metal barn, four 7,200 lb. grain bins and six 2,850 lb. grain bins. The entirety of the property is zoned for agriculture.
