- AUCTION DAY REQUIREMENTS: Ten percent (10%) down Auction Day with closing on or before June 22nd, 2026. Certified funds in the amount of $30,000 per parcel 1, $20,000 for parcel 2, and $50,000 for the entirity are required to bid. The certified funds may be in the form of a Cashier's Check made payable to the bidder, or a personal or company check with a Bank Letter.
