AUCTION SITE / AUCTION OFFICE
The auction will be held on-line. Bidding will begin on Jan 10th and will end on Jan 17th.
AUCTION REGISTRATION
Registration begins on Jan 9th.
TERMS
Ten percent (10%) down Auction Day with closing on for before February 17th, 2023. A Bank Letter of Guarantee for $25,000.00 will be required to bid.
AUCTION FEE
A 10% auction fee will be added to the high bid price to arrive at the contract price paid by the purchaser.

North Ranch: 36,467± Leased and Deeded Acres, 300± Mother Cow with another 150± with Brewery Grain.
South Ranch: State Lease – 7,367.33± Acres plus 1,898± Acres, Private Leased – 2,000± Acres, Deeded 120.11± Acres, Adverse Unfenced 7615± Acres, 175± Mother Cow. Correction – No mineral rights on the south ranch will convey!
INSPECTIONS: Bidders acknowledge by their participation in the auction that they have had the opportunity to make any and all independent inspections of the Property prior to bidding and executing the Agreement to Purchase Real Estate. Bidders must conduct and rely solely upon their own investigation of the Property, and not any information provided by the Seller, Auction Company, Auctioneer, or their respective Agents, Employees, Officers or Representatives. Failure of a Bidder to be fully informed on the condition of the property will not constitute grounds for any adjustments to purchase price or right to cancel sale.
