This ranch is offered in two parcels, the North Ranch and the South Ranch (see maps below).
These ranches can be purchased pre-auction, if buyer needs to close before Dec 31, 2022.
North Ranch: 36,467± Leased and Deeded Acres, 300± Mother Cow with another 150± with Brewery Grain.
South Ranch: State Lease – 7,367.33± Acres plus 1,898± Acres, Private Leased – 2,000± Acres, Deeded 120.11± Acres, 175± Mother Cow.
