  • AUCTION SITE: The auction will be held on site at the Property - 830 Longview Lane, Lander, WY, 82520


  • AUCTION REGISTRATION: Registration begins at 10:00 A.M. on Auction Day. Auction begins at 11:00 A.M. The price shown on third-party websites is a suggested opening bid only and is not the purchase price. The property will sell at live auction and the final price will be determined by competitive bidding from registered bidders on auction day.


  • AUCTION DAY REQUIREMENTS: Ten percent (10%) down Auction Day with closing on or before July 9th, 2026. Funds in the amount of $30,000 per parcel 1, $20,000 for parcel 2, and $50,000 for the entirety are required to bid. The funds may be in the form of a personal or company check with a Bank Letter.


  • AUCTION FEE: A ten percent (10%) auction fee will be added to the high bid price to arrive at the contract price paid by the Purchaser.
