The timber component is composed of 4 distinct overflow/bottomland hardwood timber types comprising approximately 374± acres. The remaining 35± acres are prior farmlands, ranging in size from 1.5± to 20± acres in size, consisting primarily of native perennial warm season grasses, native annual grasses, along with encroaching woody species.
